Interior or Exterior Solid Wood Columns

Solid wood columns聽can be made for inside or outside projects聽鈥� even for use in water. For interior applications, your solid columns can be kiln dried to arrive ready for installation. Kiln dried wood columns are ready for stains or paints.

For exterior projects, we will聽pressure treat your solid columns to the appropriate level聽for your needs 鈥� ranging from 鈥済round contact鈥� treatments for regular exterior applications to 鈥渟altwater鈥� treatment for marine applications.

For super-longevity, your聽solid wood columns can be coated with our聽special polymer coating聽before they are delivered. This is especially great for projects in or around water.

Your Choice of Wood Types

Depending on the dimensions you need, solid wood columns are available in pine, cedar, Douglas fir, and oak. Other types of wood are available upon request.

Sizes Available 鈥� Up to 36 Feet Long

Solid wood columns are available in lengths聽up to 36 feet and in diameters ranging from 6 inches up to 24 inches, depending on the species of wood you need. Other sizes can be made for special requests.

Treated or Untreated

Like most of our聽wood products聽solid wood columns are available treated or untreated. Custom Cutting & Drilling

We are聽happy to accommodate your special requirements聽including聽pre-drilled holes, cuts, or custom milling. Need to run conduit or wiring inside your solid columns? We can help you. Need one side of your wood columns cut flat? We can take care of that before they leave our factory.
